Healthy Food

At Budding Flowers we believe in eating a whole foods diet with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables. We offer breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks daily and we aim to include homemade locally sourced organic food in every meal. My philosophy on food is simple: I provide children with regular opportunities to explore and eat a variety of healthy age appropriate foods throughout the day. I choose when we eat and where we eat and your children choose if they want to eat and how much. If children do not like what is being offered, they do not have to eat it and will have an opportunity to eat again at the next meal time.
